    The tennis courts are cracked, uneven, very bumpy, has grass growing on them and they are quite dangerous. Please have them re-surfaced soon. This park is too beautiful for the courts to be in this condition.

    The owners at 7118 8th street filled in the drainage for the neighborhood. Causing our street to not drain. A few years ago, the city came and graded the street to drain, Then the owners filled in the drainage area to add to there yard on what was the end of 8th street S. Now we all live with driving threw mud and parking our cars in water.
    As far as I know the city did not do this work .

    Mariner's Cove apartments have installed lighting in their parking lot that do not meet setback/shielding requirements for outdoor lighting. These lights are creating a glare nuisance to the abutting residential homes on the west side of their property (along 14th St S). Pursuant St Petersburg Code Section 16.40.070 - Lighting - "Setback or shielding requirement. On commercial lots which abut property that is
    residentially zoned or has a residential use, all outdoor lighting fixtures shall be set back
    a minimum distance from the nearest lot line or “house-side shielding” shall be used on
    the residential property side of the lighting fixture as indicated in the following diagram. A
    house-side shield consists of a visor or shielding panel that attaches to a lighting fixture.
    This provision is applicable for both light poles and lighting fixtures mounted on the side
    or top of a building or structure. "

    The renters vacated the property on Sunday, 12/1, and left this pile on the front yard. The pickers/scavengers have started stopping by and sorting through the pile for the "good stuff". Hopefully, you can charge the homeowners for the removal of this unhealthy eyesore.

    Resident is watering more of the street than their lawn Sprinkler head is broken and aimed improperly Can someone from code enforcement please take a drive down Pinellas Point and do something about the numerous home owners excessively watering weeds and ornamental grass near the street thereby destroying the road? Pinellas Point was just repaved at a considerable cost and it would be nice if it lasted longer than the 2-3 years we got out of it last time it was repaved
