    Mariner's Cove apartments have installed lighting in their parking lot that do not meet setback/shielding requirements for outdoor lighting. These lights are creating a glare nuisance to the abutting residential homes on the west side of their property (along 14th St S). Pursuant St Petersburg Code Section 16.40.070 - Lighting - "Setback or shielding requirement. On commercial lots which abut property that is
    residentially zoned or has a residential use, all outdoor lighting fixtures shall be set back
    a minimum distance from the nearest lot line or “house-side shielding” shall be used on
    the residential property side of the lighting fixture as indicated in the following diagram. A
    house-side shield consists of a visor or shielding panel that attaches to a lighting fixture.
    This provision is applicable for both light poles and lighting fixtures mounted on the side
    or top of a building or structure. "

    Piles of junk and trash stored next to the house and on two trailers. Wind blowing stuff on the street and on the neighbors’ properties. The same issue has been reported previously several times.

    The branches on 54th Avenue South in front of Osprey Pointe Apartments exceed the sidewalk forcing walkers, runners and bikers on to busy 54th Avenue South. Location is closest to 54th Ave South and Lakewood Drive right in front of the apartments. My son almost got hit by a car trying to avoid the bushes after being forced onto the street. Please cut this back ASAP before someone gets seriously injured or killed.

    This homeowner, despite having a driveway about 35 feet away, parks their white VW Jetta on the lawn. I figured it was a one time deal, but its not; its always parked there. Please do something about it.

    A travel trailer is parked on the property and hooked up. Looks like someone is staying in the trailer
