    Bottlenecking/cut offs.

Since the road splits before the Turn Right ONLY lane, people are cutting off others to get into a straight lane. This causes a lot of cutting off and bottle necking. Endangering others who have moved into the right lane. The road should merge properly instead of cutting off into a right turn only lane. People even sit in the turn lane and will cut people off when the light turns green. Occurs daily. The design is a failure. Have a video, can’t post on here. Only accepts pictures.

Speeding in school zones. Too many people speed during the school zones. Only see 1 cop set up a speed trap once every 8 or so months. When I ask people to slow down and show respect, I get spit on, cussed at, threatened and road rages because the cops aren’t around to protect and serve. I have called the police department a number of times and they get smart with me rather than assuring the community’s safety. A Senior student died two weeks before graduation. When the police should’ve been there to prevent it from happening.

Occupants of 340 Colony Point Road S have large amount of unsightly household debris in front yard for several weeks. Appears they put it out when city indicated it would pick up IRMA related debris, which this clearly is not.

Can you please put a category for ditch maintenance ? This probably isn't the right place, but it's the closest thing I could find The e/w and n/s ditches in Forestbluff Park need to be cut.

The tennis courts of Lake Vista desperately need a resurfacing - they are a safety hazard for the people who play on them now due to cracking and buckling of concrete. They also have a number of courts where the lights are out - which w/time change are most necessary now to play tennis in a very dark park. Lighting throughout the park for public safety could be improved dramatically too. Thank you.

I have reported this issue NUMEROUS times, the last couple of times with photos, and each time it seems to inexplicably "disappear". I've lived in my house for 6 years now, The first several years, the lake behind my house was maintained. It was regularly sprayed for mosquitoes and the cattails and brush and invasive plants around the edges cut and maintained. Their is a culvert at the edge of my property, in the lake that has become SEVERELY overgrown and I am concerned that if we have a big, flooding storm, water is going to back up into my yard because of this blockage. The neighbor behind me has a "seawall" (but even still, he is also concerned because the invasive pepper tree is growing over the wall and into his yard!), however both my yard and that of my neighbor to the east, do not. The invasive pepper tree (for one) that is growing back there is 5 times the size it was (or MORE!) when I bought this house. Mostly the only thing back there was the papyrus and non-spreading bamboo, which is a logical plant for it's purpose, and is not invasive. I have asked several landscapers to give me an estimate to clear back the pepper tree, but the cost is prohibitive, even if they would do the work, which they WON'T, because the lake is on City property. They say if they cut something back that they're not supposed to, the City could fine them. At this point, I want to get back there with a chainsaw myself, but it is your responsibility. I'm not the one who owns it, but it will be MY property that is hurt if this causes an issue. Additionally, it is getting so "swampy" back there that the mosquitoes are ferocious! I am taking a screenshot of this request so next time it disappears, I can just bring it down to one of the City offices to do my complaining. Or call one of the news stations. Every other issue here is dealt with in some manner. How about dealing with this one instead of erasing it?

If the car is allowed to sit on Jacks which in my opinion renders it inoperable. You cannot drive a car that is on Jacks, it should at least be properly covered. This is a blight in the neighborhood.
