Hello, I was curious if the city of saint pete has a role in managing the removal or processing of sea grass waste that washes ashore in neighborhoods and public places? The amount of sea grass is significant and as it washes up and decays produces a very foul odor and poor air quality. Could someone please provide some insight on this concern?
Another large pile of junk at the curb and more junk along side of house and in backyard. The city should address this with the owner of the property. The property is a constant eye sore for the neighborhood.
