    LOTS of graffiti on bridge by park on north side of Chapel.
    Oh, and someone might want to do something about the probably drug deals going on at this corner (lots of cars parking briefly).

    Someone dumped a broken toilet on the sidewalk at the intersection of Winthrop Ave and Gilbert St. Further up the block, there is a dumped, gutted TV, and further down the block there is some decaying furniture (maybe a bookshelf?) in an empty lot. Can someone from Public Works pick this garbage up? It's attracting more illegal dumping and litter. Thanks!

    The traffic going south on Ella T Grasso Blvd at this intersection has a red light from time to time. Since it is illegal for anyone to turn into the lanes of people going straight, I'm not sure why these lights were even installed.

    Traffic or not, people run this light from all directions. Same with Dwight & North Frontage, Howe & Legion Ave, etc. This is constant, whether it's rush hour or not. We need a cop here to ticket some people or this will never change.
