this is in response to the write up from you office regarding my original comments. actually the tree is leaning into the street not the home. the sidewalk is breaking and rising higher each year indicating the tree is leaning further into the street. power lines are at risk. the roots may actually be touching my foundation and as noted is beginning to crack my front porch foundation.
the acorns have damaged my car especially last year. and the clogging roof drain is a costly annual event.
at the vary least will you trim the limbs overhanging my roof and driveway?

New sidewalks have been out in next to this DUMP of a house! Mattresses, garbage, tires, car parts, and cut down trees! It’s absolutely Disgusting! Let’s pretend the mayor lives here, maybe it would be cleaned up quicker! While you are at it, the condo complex across the street ( 39 Fairmont) is filled with trash and blight that we all have to look at from Quinnipiac! We pay taxes, CLEAN IT UP! And fine these people

    Trash and reopened pot holes

This is the entryway to Housing Authority Cherry Hill, Hidden quarry, Harbor Crest, St.Johns1-2 condos me (Mark Spencer) and a friend (Audrey Richards)went and took the effort to clean up the entire entryway This is a before picture and after (I can only paste one picture at a time) just wanted to let all of the condo associations and board members know about it takes no effort nothing but a minute to pick up the trash. Although we shouldn't have to because we all pay condo fees for cleanup and assessment. There's no reason for it to look like this walk in the property you have leaves and debris everywhere in the condos they're not picking it up and taking it away they are blowing it all over the place which is wrong we are paying for it to be token off all the properties you also have drains that need to be cleaned out for water flow which and on top of that the potholes in front of the entryway are coming back open you guys just patched them in March of this year (Quinnipiac Avenue and St.John entryway) it needs to be cut out and done correctly we are all paying out too much money to have this issue it needs to be addressed for safety all of the condo units have a percentage that they have to share but nobody is putting any percentage at all into the cleaning.
It looks clean now and hopefully all the condo units will take heed to this.
    Sincerely,
Donald Spencer Co-Chair of Quinnipiac East Management Team

This car is always parked on the sidewalk right at the canal trail crossing. This is dangerous for both pedestrians on the sidewalk and those crossing the street because it reduces visibility to oncoming traffic

There is a tree on the city property in between the sidewalk and street in front of my house that needs to be trimmed. This is not my first request. The branches are hitting the windows on the front of my house. If we get a really bad storm I wouldn’t be surprised if they come through the window. I’ve been requesting this for at least a year now and nothing has been done.

Stump growth on the corner of James and Market overgrown creating a public hazard. Vehicles exiting Market cannot see oncoming traffic. This is a repeating condition. The stump should be removed to clear this once and for all.
