Resident reports that there is a terrible stench coming out of the storm drain that is located on Mansion St near the Parker Place intersection. Note: If you are entering Mansion St from Parker Place its the storm drain on the left hand side.
Stump growth on the corner of James and Market overgrown creating a public hazard. Vehicles exiting Market cannot see oncoming traffic. This is a repeating condition. The stump should be removed to clear this once and for all.

LCI refuses to address this issue. Crew walked off the job before completely removing the tall weeds that Pauley assured me would be removed. He was immediately informed of the problem, dragged his feet responding and it is now over 2 months. When will this problem be addressed? I pay over $11,000 in taxes. Right now it appears they are wasted on LCI
and breach of peace and disturbing and walking there dogs to close to 38D apartment and being obnoxious , intruding , loud-voiced hooligans and there friends keep coming over doing the same and telling people what to do in there own apartment
this is in response to the write up from you office regarding my original comments. actually the tree is leaning into the street not the home. the sidewalk is breaking and rising higher each year indicating the tree is leaning further into the street. power lines are at risk. the roots may actually be touching my foundation and as noted is beginning to crack my front porch foundation.
the acorns have damaged my car especially last year. and the clogging roof drain is a costly annual event.
at the vary least will you trim the limbs overhanging my roof and driveway?
