There are a number of individuals living in the vehicle at any given time.They throw their litter out of the car, engage in illegal drug activity and solicitation. The vehicle consistently draws a larger drug crowd during the day. My neighbors and I have recently witnessed rodents under the vehicle in the evening. This issue needs immediate attention.
