10 Smallwood Dr Dover, DE 19901, USA - Highland AcresThe right side (south) of the street is slowly sinking . This, in my opinion, is due to the sewer line that is under the right side. When it rains it also becomes muddy. There is no drainage on this street. In front of my home you can pull up pieces of macadam and the dirt bed is right there. Grass grows through portions of the street which I use roundup on. I have patched some holes but it dosen't last. I can take some pictures the next time it rains but I have none now. Thanks for listening.
