There are a number of wax myrtles along the lagoon banks - 73/76 which were damaged by the hurricane. Some of the wax myrtles are still in poor condition and need to be uplifted/dead material requires removal. Mostly located along the path from Windwalk Lane to Prescott.
There are overgrown shrubs and vines growing up and around a large tree at the corner. There is also a utility box of some sort under the shrubbery. The overgrowth make it difficult to turn left onto priest landing from Monastery as the sight lines are hidden. Cars are traveling quickly on priest landing making this a dangerous blind corner.
A very tall pine tree ( which grows out of the street and curb) appears to be infested by something and looks like it’s about to die. Tree needs to be cut down before it falls down. Lots of young children play in this culdesac, appears to be very dangerous. It is in front of 7 Wesley crossing.
