  • Upland Access Rd Watertown, MA 02472, USA - Watertown
    Upland Access RD
Very small street with major issues. #rd time in 6 yrs of a sink hole forming due to loos of stable ground underneath. The road is so uneven and seems to have patches going bakc decades. New sink hole forming and all DPW did was put a metal plate over it with a orange cone in the middle so drivers have to navigate around the cone on this 1 car wide rd. Rediculous.. They had road crews here tearing up and replacing roads around the corner that were is good shape and though someone a yr ago measured the road it wasnt replaced.. Would of been very cost friendly to utilize equipment that was already in the location to do this??? maybe the town doesnt know how to effectively manage budgets and projects
  • 1-99 Ashland St Watertown, MA 02472, USA - Watertown
Ashland St has no street lighting, and is not cleaned regularly - leading to dangerous conditions.
  • Evans Street Watertown, MA 02472, USA - Watertown
People speed down Evans Street. There are children playing or en route on their bikes to Bemis Park and I am so afraid one of them is going to get hit by a car.
  • 1-49 Aldrich Rd Watertown, MA 02472, USA - Watertown
Cars fly down Aldrich Rd. to avoid the light at Rt. 16. Extremely dangerous for residents and other drivers.
  • Holely street Archived
165 Grove Street Watertown, Massachusetts - Watertown
large areas of concrete taken out by the plows in front of the parking lot for Mt Auburn Hospital parking lot
  • 591-593 School St Belmont, MA 02478, USA - Watertown
It appears that an attempt has been made to repair these extremely deep potholes, but this has not been effective enough to make this stretch safe to go above 5mph or so.
  • 68 Waverley Ave. - Watertown
All of the crosswalks lead to stairs in front of the Watertown Middle School, making it impossible for strollers and the disabled to cross Waverley Ave. Many choose to dart from Summer St. to Bemis St. This is exactly where a crosswalk should be installed. It will also serve in slowing people down at this busy intersection. This is an easy fix since they are already doing work on Waverley Ave. at the moment!
  • Union Street - Watertown
On Union Street (near the corner with Eliot St.) there was a "No Parking" sign on the east/south side of the street. This was either run over or vandalized and has been missing for about a month. There is an orange cone covering the sharp metal base of the old sign to avoid cars from parking on it and cutting their tires. Please replace the No Parking sign and pole.
  • This one is mostly visible headed on School St towards Aresneal St but it's hard to catch if following someone to closely.
  • 147 - 149 Sycamore Street Watertown, Massachusetts - Watertown
The sign upon entering Watertown to let drivers know they are now in Watertown and not Belmont, needs to be replaced. Nothing on the sign can even be read since it is so faded. I think it would help to have a new sign so that commuters in this area would know about Watertown's 2 Hour Parking Restrictions.
