    does not exist and need to be added on Lafayette street in several places. The street is too wide to only have crosswalks and no traffic signals. Children are going to school there and need to be able to cross the street at any time not just when the paid guard is helping them.

    The sidewalk between 2a and 4 hazel street is in terrible condition. There are disabled and elderly people that use it and I've witnessed them almost fall several times and complain about it. I've personally tripped over it and twisted my ankle as well from it. Also, in winter, ice pools in the dips/cracks, creating an even bigger hazard. Please fix to keep the sidewalk safe for pedestrians!

    Pudgy old man sits at Lappin Park smoking cigars and taking pictures of women. When he puts out his cigar in the butt bin, the hot ashes float through the air and land on the grass. Glasses, shaved head, white goatee. Creepy.

    Absentee landlord has not maintained rental property for 2 years. Home, yard, electrical wires, many windows completely encased in overgrown vines. Safety issue for tenants. Overgrown vines make the sidewalk unpassable.

    There is an abundance of blue insulation board all over Proctor and Pope Sts. that flew out of the Senior Ctr. construction area during the storm onto those streets, into the park on Mansell Parkway, onto people's properties, and along the fencing on the corner of Boston and Bridge Streets. It is everywhere and a true eyesore. It needs to be cleaned up. It is literally everywhere.

    I am seeing rats in my yard running through to my neighbor's. There is an empty lot next to the garage on this street where people dump trash. Seeing rats there too, could be all the construction in the surrounding area as well. Either way I would like to get rid if them. They come out in the day. I won't sit in my patio.
