The new traffic configuration is not marked well enough when leaving Salem Willows via Fort Ave (right by the entrance to a Salem State Lab and whatever else is in there). I was driving into Salem Willows and a car leaving drove right at me in the wrong lane. I honestly believe the car did not realize they were in the wrong lane. There is so much street with a bike lane and parking space to the right and the lane leaving is very small and not well marked. Maybe further signage or a small island dividing the lanes is needed.
This sidewalk has been in passable all winter with snow and now leaves and brush along with part of the timber wall falling on to sidewalk make it difficult to pass; certainly difficult for a wheelchair or baby carriage to negotiate
The sidewalks on Palmer St between Congress and Perkins are so bad they've become impassable for spme residents. Individuals with walkers, wheel chairs and strollers are forced to walk in the street because the sidewalks are too unsafe for them. This is extremely dangerous. This section of sidewalk is heavily traveled, as it leads to the Espacio Punto, a laundromat and several small businesses. Please make the sidewalks safe for everyone.
