This house has been abandon for years. However, t's becoming an increasingly larger problem due to the animals that live inside and are coming onto other properties and houses nearby. The roof is caving in, the fence barely stands and fell onto the neighbors property, the grass, bushes and weeds are overgrown. Besides the animal issue it is a huge fire hazard to our neighborhood.
Numerous large potholes in the busy alley behind Boulevard Burgers and Brew. This is also the storefront of Ironclad Coffee Roasters. Please fix on behalf of the business owners and the Scott's Addition Boulevard Association.
A business trailer has been parked directly outside the home for over a month, never moved. Owner lives on street and refuses to move it. It is very rude to park something so large and utilized for a business directly in front of the two windows I can look out on the street to.
Graffeti is appearing on our storefronts, alleyways etc all along the Brooklandpark Blvd. Five new "tags" appeared in the past three days. City just recently paid to have all commercial buildings painted. Now there is some one or a group defacing 80% of our buildings. Called Graffeti hotline and recording stayed it was not available. Graffeti must be covered up immediately to deter further destruction of property and to send a message. It is obvious that the area is not being properly patrolled or monitored.
2403 Bainbridge St Richmond, VA 23225, USA - Swansboro
2403 Bainbridge is a neglected and unsafe structure infested by wild animals and overgrown spreading invasive weeds to neighboring homes. The City has posted a warning on the front door and should follow up with maintenance at the owner's expense.
Please move the do not enter/stop sign on the northeast corner of Grant and Belmont closer to Grant St. A number of cars go the wrong way all hours of the day, and many cars going the correct way don't see the stop sign until the last minute because it's not close enough to the street. Please also paint crosswalks and stop lines at this intersection. In addition, please consider adding a speed hump near the corner of Grant and Huxley (like the one on Maplewood in front of John B Cary Elementary) as many people speed down Grant St, a wide, one-way street, and there are kids living in the area and playing at the ballpark.
there is an issue with drainage ditch that runs through the front of my yard. my yard floods every time it rains and I have requested to have a city engineer come out multiple times to see what can be done to fix the issue. I have also agreed to an easement in order for work to begin.
