  • 9350 87th Ave N Seminole, FL, 33777, USA - Commission District 6
Mosquito Problem during all hours of the day. They swarm us when we are outside. Luckily the bug spray and citronella save us, but, they are worse this year than in the past. We have made sure there is no standing water on our property, but, we are not sure about the neighbors. Thanks for all you do!
  • 10153 95th St Seminole 33777, United States - Commission District 6
Standing water all along the West side of my property and neighbors due to excessive rain the last few days. Worried about mosquitoes as it will take weeks to evaporate.

We live on a culdesac. The drain at the end of the street is clogged, and the rainwater is not draining well. Can someone please unclog the drain. Thank you. (when the drain is unclogged, the water easily drains into a lake).

  • 1839 47th Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33714, USA - Greater Grovemont Neighborhood Association
Mosquitoes have been really bad this year. Not sure if it is relevant but there is an old asian market at the corner of Haines Rd and 19th st. We noticed they have a truck docking area that slops down. It pools up with water after it rains and doesn't seem to drain.
  • 3950 Arkansas Ave Ne Saint Petersburg 33703, United States - Shore Acres Civic Association
Standing water in all the yards along Arkansas Ave and Alabama Ave. This has lead to a massive mosquitos issue. You are unable to be outside at any point without being attacked.
  • 766 39th Ave Ne Saint Petersburg, FL, 33703, USA - North East Park Neighborhood Association

The entire alley between 39th Ave NE & 38th Ave NE, between Walnut & Maple is in dire need of resurfacing.

The patches done in the past, have not held up well. They alley continues to hold standing water days after rain attracting mosquitoes, and further wearing down the quality of the street. Not to mention, wear and tear on our vehicles, and the safety of ourselves during exercising, and our children as they learn to walk, ride on scooters, and bicycles to name a few.

  • 6th St N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33703, USA - St. Petersburg
We live upstairs, and high or low there's clouds of mosquitos that hover if you even step outside. I've never seen them this bad. No standing water anywhere, as we've been trying for weeks to get it under control now.
  • 4536 1st Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33713, USA - Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association
4536 1st ave north, abandoned home, no water or electric
  • Saint Petersburg Fl 33702 United States - St. Petersburg
Mangroves slowly creep in the water access points and views. Can the edges where the openings be cut WAY back? Reported it twice now but nothing has been done and the launching a kayak soon will be impossible like the lake at the park where the “no diving signs” are and mangroves completely took over. Please and thank you .

Hi there I am contacting again because now that we are outside again the mosquito problem at my house is out of control. I’m sure some of it is my yard even though we are trying our best to eliminate them, spraying, dumping water etc but there are hundreds that swarm you when you step in the yard just as the afternoon is ending and even some during the earlier hours. One of my neighbors has a stack of tires, rain barrels and 2x countless containers of standing water in her yard. The other neighbor has a pool that is now in use but in the winter goes standing without a cover and tons of bamboo that gets in the wires overhead and I see swarms of mosquitos in it. Please help. My son gets cellulitis from the bites and we just want to go outside. I’ve tried everything.

Resident along bike trail is dumping horse manure behind the house which in turn falls into the drainage ditch along the trail. the water from this ditch flows into Long Bayou. This can't be good for the eco-system.
House is WNW of Seminole Trail near Keswick school. I imagine the house would be on 59th Ave N.
