I have had mosquito issues since moving in 3 years ago. I do not have sitting water on my property, but suspect my neighbors do because the issue has never lessened. This year seems to be worse already. I cannot even walk into my back yard on my patio without being swarmed by literally 50 to hundreds of mosquitos swarming me. I use my patio frequently and it is beginning to force me to no longer go outside because the problem is so bad. In the past when mosquito control has come out, they have stated we do not have a problem as bad as I have always stated. They keep saying what I am seeing are blind flying bugs that "look" like mosquitoes and do not bite; however, when i sit outside with no spray on, I will have my body covered in seconds. Please send somebody to spray and perhaps educate neighbors to not have standing water.

Mosquitos here are horrendous. WE LIVE WITH A DITCH BEHIND US !! The BOCC manages the ditch. IT HAS STANDING WATER IN IT!!
I know about checking for standing water. I am constantly checking on any standing water. The County should check for standing water in the County ditch or SPRAY TIMELY or AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH OR YEAR FOR THAT MATTER!! We have water all around us from The Brackish Lake Seminole & Cross Bayou interchange to Ponds, Joe's Creek and more! This is an issue that needs a spray truck REGULARLY!!!!

Hello! My family and I have owned our home for about 3 yrs now and have always had an issue with mosquitoes 🦟 Now that we have a toddler who adores playing outdoors we have made multiple efforts to rid our backyard of mosquitoes. Dump standing water, planted citronella, tiki torches, and mosquito spread. To our dismay non of these solutions have resolved our swarming mosquito problem. Our little guy (covered head to toe in bug spray) always comes in with a minimum of 5 bits. COVID has had us stuck in our home enough, and now it’s the mosquitoes as well. Please be our hero by spraying our home!
