    we've noticed that every afternoon there seems to be some sort of water leak coming from underneath the road. we see this even when there's no rain. We haven't seen any cars or trucks dump anything. And if you look carefully at the picture you'll see the water follows a lot of these cracks and in some cases is popping up separate from the cracks. we suspect there may be some sort of under the road water leak.

    Rain water run off behind reported location accumulating over time. Overwhelming mosquito infestations to the area recently. Mosquitoes are a nuisance all hours of the day especially in PM hours, they are hard to keep out of our homes. Please address.
