Please have mosquito tech come out and either fog with truck or mobile fogger. The mosquito situation is bad with high level of biters, mainly legs region. Have performed visual inspection around property in conjunction with neighbors for any standing water and none seen. The time that mosquitos are worst are between evening hours of 530pm until 300am. Our county mosquito tech assigned to Feather Sound is extremely diligent, I think this is simply a case of residents bringing this problem to his attention. Appreciate if this request can be expedited. Regards, Feather Sound Resident
We use the alley behind our home for entrance to the driveway. We do not have a driveway on 5th Avenue. The alley has multiple depressions that fill with water, has dust that diminishes the air quality near our home, and is poorly maintained. There are other alleys in our neighborhood (Lake Pasadena Estates) that are paved. Paving the alley seems to be the best solution, as it would avoid repeat tasks to smooth and maintain the area. Unfortunately, this is the third quest I have placed over the course of two months and there has yet to be a solution.
the concrete block city way station that sits prominently in the waterfront view at this intersection has always been an eyesore. It now is intolerable due to the ugly chain link fence surrounding it that has EMERGENCY ORANGE paint? on it leading the eye to the bright blue PORTALET facing the traffic that uses Blossom Way, Serpentine Circle and Serpentine Drive and is surrounded by 1,2,3, or 4 city trucks parked there for long periods of time with personnel inside doing whatever. It is a blight on the neighborhood and the waterfront view that we wish you would relocate. A canopy of vines totally covering the fence or huge solid and tall hedges/ shrubs hiding the ugly installation and blending in with the wooded area as well as the elimination of the group meetings would help if nothing else will be considered. Empty lots adjacent to the station are not saleable cause who wants to live next door to that?
People have moved into a camper in the back yard of 1770 52nd Ave N and have parked a commercial trailer (among other vehicles) on the street. With no sewage, running water or electric this should not be allowed in a residential neighborhood.
