    this man hole was replace in April. needs to be cemented in and finished before it causes an accident. this is a safety issue for all citizens coming in and out of this area.

    Concord Village Condos. Standing water and Mosquitos in the stair case on the south end of 4 story building. Also, on the north side of the 4 story building there are tons of mosquitos in the small grassy area. This is close to the building, just outside the laundry room. The stairwell problem happens over and over again. Rain water does not drain properly and just sits in the middle of the stairs between floors.
