    Mosquitos are a constant problem both on our front porch and backyard. Pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly, and I don't have any standing water elsewhere. From late afternoon (3-4 pm) on, unbearable to sit outside. Have tried at-home mosquito spraying, which only lasts about a week or so until problem comes back and persists.

    Windrush Cove Condominiums regulary sends lawn and landscaping clippings over the seawall into the Intracoastal Waterway when doing landscape maintenance. They also put chemicals to control weeds etc on the lawn up to the edge of the seawall.

    The road in front of the driveway is falling again. Apparently several years ago the pipes under the roadway had an issue and you fixed it. In the last month or so it has gone from a flat road to a couple of indentions which are holding water. One is about a 6ft diameter and they are several inches deep, so they progressing quickly.

    Quite sometime ago this water main was excavated presumably because of the construction occurring at 135 4th Ave. N.

    The hole has remained open for over a month in the parking line with one class two barricade next to it. A second one is lying on the curb. It represents a tripping hazard.
