There is a low spot in the street in front of this property. When it rains the water does not flow to any of the drains. This is causing standing water and mosquitoes.

A young couple have been living in a shed attached to 2035 3rd Ave N for over 2yrs, it has no waste facilities or water. The mother of the male in the shed lives in and owns the house... we have tolerated all kinds of animals in the back, many cats, a dog, rats, pet birds, ducks... they are all hoarders picking up junk, broken items left for the sanitation dept to pick up... however they just throw it on the ground throughout the yard. Now, a homeless woman, the mother of the female partner that lives in the shack is now living in a gazebo in the back yard ..the smell of feces and urine permeate the air. Feces and urine are being dumped on the dumpster in the alley behind their house. The house has attracted rats, mice, raccoons, opposssum. Additionally, the stray cats they bring in continue to have kittens.

You have had multiple entries on see click fix for this issue. I'm just highlighting it once again. I'm highlighting the fact that the issue always gets closed but never gets resolved. This standing water is a community danger. Someone has already broken her leg because of the slippery algae that has formed in it.

Many people in the area fear that if the city allows the protestors to break laws, no matter how small (graffiti, traffic violations, fights, threats, etc.), it will lead to greater law breaking such as is happening in Portland, Chicago, New York, etc. There is also concern that the city posting the Black Lives Matter images on their site is supporting one group over the other. Most people believe is social change, but not in that particular organization which stands for something completely different. As a city, you are alienating those citizens that support the police & believe that organization (not the movement itself for change) is a violent organization focused on law breaking, violating citizens rights & bullying. It is not right for the city to support the fear mongers instead of their peaceful tax paying citizens. You give an inch, they take a mile & there is fear in your citizens. That is not right. Support the law abiding citizens that are now fearful and won’t walk Beach at night, won’t go to the pier during certain hours and are silenced because they do not feel supported by their local government.

The sea wall is cracked l. It extends down the edge of the sea wall down to the water line. The concrete is separating. The crack also extends across the side walk and it's not level. This could cause a problem for rollerbladers. The crack is getting larger. Please look into repairing as it will get worse and noire costly if neglected. I have called the City Engineering Department and left messages twice with no response. Thank you.

For 2 years this sinkhole from water drain collapsing has been reported to the City with these barriers (initially spray painted circles) and remains UNREPAIRED. The repair team dug a hole in my yard in front of the hedge in photo. That hole has enlarged with more rain. This is a major road hazard and is dangerous to residents walking or driving on our road where our homes set. My lawn is getting damage by traffic attempting to back up or divert away from these barriers. My pristine hedge has been damaged all over. GET THIS ESSENTIAL STORMWATER DRAIN AND RESIDENTIAL STREET REPAIRED ASAP!!!! TWO YEARS IS ENOUGH! I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY!!

Our street is flooding, but it's not raining...It's coming up from the drains. The road has become impassable at 5th Street and Newton and is creeping up the side of the car in photo...

Pipes under this depression are leaking water and soil inward in to the sewer chamber under the manhole in the rainy season when the ground is saturated. The bricks have been removed and soil added to level the road a few times over the years but until the pipe is repaired it will continue to sink and add unwanted storm water and sand to the sewer lines. This is in front of my driveway entrance and driven over many times per day including by the garbage and recycling trucks.
