The house im living with my kid’s and my girlfriend we have a mold problem inside our bathroom on the front porch area my landlord she only interested in the rent money she don’t won’t to pay a professional to fix the problem instead she will hire someone unprofessional then don’t won’t to pay that person so they half way the job the house falling apart water leak inside bathtub for about 2months bill 1800 dollars I need this on records please thanks

ABC tire shop has tires in the open and under the shed collecting rain water causing a major mosquito problem. This is the second complaint, nothing was done the first time.

St Pete Eco Village claims to be leasing this property and cut down several palm trees around the deteriorating structure and have not removed them in a addition to a hot water tank sitting in the front yard clearly visible from the sidewalk. This in addition to not keeping up with the lawn maintenance and the overgrown bushes along the sidewalk.

Significantly more mosquitoes in yard than previous years.
There are no areas of standing water near the house.

You all have been out before. The mosquitos are bad. Very bad and very aggressive. My belief is that they are coming from the park. There is sitting water just behind my fence and you can see the activity. You have been out and thanked very much for the rapid response. We recently moved into this house and cannot enjoy our back yard in the evening at all. I am also going to report that creek/gather water in Eagle Lake Park as it has been mentioned that it is improperly formed so that water cannot run off.

The construction group building the condos on Gulf Blvd (next to Mad Beach Fish House) is exceeding the decibel level allowed between 7am and 11pm.

Resident along bike trail is dumping horse manure behind the house which in turn falls into the drainage ditch along the trail. the water from this ditch flows into Long Bayou. This can't be good for the eco-system.
House is WNW of Seminole Trail near Keswick school. I imagine the house would be on 59th Ave N.

There is a growing pothole on Beach Drive just North of 5th Ave on the Vinoy side (East?). This has been here for more than a week, is dangerous to cars with small wheels, and is surprising that it remains in the city's prime tourist street. Thanks!
