Water still leaking into alley from the Birchwood Hotel causing potholes.
  • 340 Beach Dr Ne Saint Petersburg, FL, 33701, USA - Downtown Neighborhood Association

What looks like sewage, oil and grease, food debris, and likely toxic material continues to empty into the alleyway and the bay from a pipe break that has been running for over month from the back of the Birch and Vine restaurant.

I bring your attention to your website http://www.stpete.org/water/water_conservation/index.php and the first line:

"In St. Petersburg every resident, visitor, and business plays a role in conserving our precious water resources".

Clearly this does not apply to certain restaurateurs

Our backyard is swarming with mosquitos. We’ve had this issue before and was due to our back door neighbors standing water. We have no standing water on our property. Would like someone to come check this out as soon as possible. Can hardly go outside right now.

  • 3025 47th Ave S Saint Petersburg, FL, 33712, USA - Lakewood Estates Civic Association
This property has yard parking and trees that hang over the sidewalk that doesn't allow for easy passage when walking. They never bring their trash can up from the curb after service and pile lose branches on the storm drain. This is a complaint I see in the past has been done and still no follow-up can be noticed. This is no change in their actions at this property. Today it is raining and when walking down the street we have to pick up the lose branches they have piled around the storm drain and pick up the trash from their overflowing garbage.
