    we've noticed that every afternoon there seems to be some sort of water leak coming from underneath the road. we see this even when there's no rain. We haven't seen any cars or trucks dump anything. And if you look carefully at the picture you'll see the water follows a lot of these cracks and in some cases is popping up separate from the cracks. we suspect there may be some sort of under the road water leak.

    The owner of this home died and the home has been empty for more than a year. The lawn is getting close to 18 inches + in some places. The fence has been repaired by code enforcement multiple times, was just again broken - it appears someone is going into the back yard. There is a pool in the back yard, the water is black and with the fence continually broken down this is a danger should a child wander in.
