Property is a mess. I see the last notice was closed but absolutely nothing was done to address the various and numerous issues. I guess code enforcement here has no teeth. Too bad.

Resident called to complain of unkept area. high grass, erected fences, etc . Complained no one from NCC rides around to look at the area, if so, it would look like that. issue area is 62nd street and 62nd avenue( surrounding areas)

Since Huerich Park is open and it's getting warmer, would it be possible to turn on the dog water fountainis?

Abandoned vehicle illegally parked in a handicapped parking spot. Located in the Editor’s Park neighborhood on Sentinel Drive

It looks like a comcast cable came off of the pole. I called comcast and I guess since I'm not longer a comcast subscriber they are not going to fix. Please send someone to fix. Concerned kids might start tugging on it when they walk past it.

Just an idea -
If benches are ever moved or added to the park, putting 1 or 2 along the building in the shade would be wonderful. Especially for the hot summer months when the sun beats down.

Every evening, ice cream truck blaring Christmas music five hours straight. Could they take a break?

There have been two accidents on the 4000 block of Jefferson Street in the last two weeks, my neighbor was rear ended pulling in her driveway at 4008 with her children in the car, and a truck nearly hit my house after destroying the telephone pole, destroying part of my neighbors retaining wall, and diving on to my yard (destroying a Crape Myrtle). People are constantly speeding between 40th and the speed hump at the top of the block. We need another speed hump installed on the 4000 block of Jefferson Street before someone is killed or a home is destroyed.
