    A black GMC SUV Truck has been parked in our community, in front of 15547 Peach Walker Drive, Bowie, Maryland, for over two weeks now.

    The tags expired in October of last year. DC Tag # DF9900.

    There is an orange tow sticker giving the owner 48 hours to remove the vehicle, however; it can't be driven since it has dead tags. (see the stickers)
    Therefore, it needs to be towed immediately.

    My neighbor's tree is dead and a large branch from it fell on my shed. Can the city force them to cut the tree down so it won't continue to cause damage, as my other neighbor said that this is the second time this has happened.

    Please mark the sidewalk paint and paint it yellow so that cars know not to park here. Cars have been parking here for years and as of recent began being issued parking tickets for parking in front of pump. There should be signage of some sort to mark off the area so drivers know not to park here. Otherwise, it looks like an available space and it isn’t fair to the community.

    There is a drain on the right hand side of my neighbors house at 6301 Capon street that needs to be replaced. This issue has caused severe drainage issues on the right side of my house at 6303 Capon Street. The drain needs to be replaced asap. The city also needs to restore the area of my property that has been destroyed due to poor drainage.

    There have been two accidents on the 4000 block of Jefferson Street in the last two weeks, my neighbor was rear ended pulling in her driveway at 4008 with her children in the car, and a truck nearly hit my house after destroying the telephone pole, destroying part of my neighbors retaining wall, and diving on to my yard (destroying a Crape Myrtle). People are constantly speeding between 40th and the speed hump at the top of the block. We need another speed hump installed on the 4000 block of Jefferson Street before someone is killed or a home is destroyed.
