Our area is overrun by garbage and bad parking. Where is the enforcement? Here’s one latest candidate. It’s Friday May 1 at 6:15 pm. License legible.

Car painting and repairs. The smell of the paint is so extreme we have to close our windows. Car body work with electric tools, grinding and sanding. In addition to racing engines into the night and all weekend, along with loud music. This is going on 7 days a week. Please put a stop to this.

I am a monthly user of this non-paved outdoor lot and there are numerous large potholes at the entrance and throughout the lot that present a hazard to vehicles. In past year these potholes were filled with gravel, but they have not been filled them this year.

Neighbors report corruption in Transportation, Traffic & Parking Dept. They say Parking Enforcement officer is friends with owner of illegal vehicles on First St—which is why problem never gets fixed. (I hope the next mayor completely ‘clears the deck’ and hires new staff when he takes office…)

the front entrance area of the CITY owned empty building at 649 Howard Avenue is being used as a shelter ... where not only do people sleep at night, but they also congregate and use drugs. LCI has dismantled it several times, the NHPD has gone by and 'evicted' people several times. There is a clear 'NO TRESPASSING' sign there - next to the curtain - so that's not working. I suggest the City of New Haven board up the entrance and NHPD continue to enforce the no trespassing.

Just read New Haven's warning about residents blowing leaves into the street and the fact that they will be given a hefty fine if this occures. The maintenance crews at Saint Raphael's Hospt. are allowed to blow their leaves into the street on Chapel Street and they are picked up by the city' street sweeping crew. As a former employee I've seen it with my own eyes and as a New Haven home owner and resident I resent the special treatment and double standard. I am a tax payer! The hospital is non prophet thus they don't pay taxes. With that reality I am paying for this pick-up! All tax payers in New Haven should have a hard time with this practice and protest.The tree lines strip was planted by the city. Why should it be my labor and expense to dispose of THOSE leaves? If our mayor can find 4 grand in the city budget to buy uniforms for two receptionists maybe SHE can pay for my leaves!

Near 51 Lines st and frank st new haven ct this flatbed has been parked without being moved for weeks . Is a hazard due to the fact that is parked way too closed to the fire hydrant.

tan Mercedes station wagon has temporary marker plate that expired over a month ago. It soon will be replaced by yet another 'temporary' marker plate, as has been done for years now. In the meantime, please ticket this vehicle. >>This is just one of MULTIPLE illegally-registered vehicles on this single block of First St, between Howard & Greenwich Aves. Most (if not all) belong to the first floor tenant of 80 First St. I've been trying to get this taken care of for about a year--with no results. Apparently it's easier to raise our property taxes rather than collect what's due from these scofflaws.

These people that live in this house continue to use the sidewalk as a driveway. They need to be told the sidewalk isn't for their vehicles. It's 22 Howard Ave. this needs to be dealt with.
