Notified About

  • 65 1st St New Haven, CT, 06519, USA - City Point
tan Mercedes station wagon has temporary marker plate that expired over a month ago. It soon will be replaced by yet another 'temporary' marker plate, as has been done for years now. In the meantime, please ticket this vehicle. >>This is just one of MULTIPLE illegally-registered vehicles on this single block of First St, between Howard & Greenwich Aves. Most (if not all) belong to the first floor tenant of 80 First St. I've been trying to get this taken care of for about a year--with no results. Apparently it's easier to raise our property taxes rather than collect what's due from these scofflaws.
  • 28 Harbour Close New Haven, CT 06519, USA - City Point
Public Path behind city point condo complex blocked off-- construction apparently completed
  • 54 Frank Street New Haven, CT - Hill

  • 167 Howard Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - City Point
This is an non-owner occupied property that is in disrepair , dirty and messy. Other homes in the area make good effort at keeping their property in order. This house sticks out like a sore thumb.
On any given day there is a ton of cars and adults & children around, leading me to believe more people than allowed living in the house.
This is the perfect example of a slum lord scenario and it is sad for those neighbors who try to keep things nice and safe.
Anything the city can do to hold this landlord to acceptable standards is appreciated.
  • 83 Howard Ave New Haven, CT, 06519, USA - City Point
This Non-Owner occupied property in the City Point Historic District is having renovations done without a permit posted and unclear if there is Historical Commission approval given. Nothing is posted.

  • Unsanitary Archived

There are always mice and or rats going into the back of those houses starting at # 370. On Garbage day the amount of garbage overflowing is bringing more animals to the street. It's not properly stored in containers, it's overflowing. There is also a strong smell of gas between 350 and 370 Greenwich ave. The strongest around house # 370. White BMW with Vermont plates has been parked on First St, between Greenwich & Howard Aves for over a year. Should have been registered in CT many, many months ago. Owner is not paying New Haven car tax that’s due. Needs to be ticketed and booted. “Do find CT taxes too high? Then park your car at The First Street Illegal Car Zone™ where car taxes are completely optional!”
