    There are 8 people living in this small 2 bedroom apartment. 4 of these people are children including an infant! This is a very unhealthy environment to have this many people in one location. 2 of the small children including the infant rarely go outside.

    it must be that the owner is running a trucking company out of the house. Sometimes there is also another red truck parked in button St. last seen in the backyard of the 1st house to left on Button St.

    In the fall, a very large tree fell from the tree line resulting in the sidewalk being heaved up. This is a tripping hazard.
    This section of sidewalk on Howard Ave is widely used by pedestrians walking to school and residents.

    More restaurant patrons who cannot read signs taking up resident parking. Can we get a ticketing person down here to enforce. This is going to go on all summer. Residents come home from work and we cannot park. It's infuriating. The city needs to talk to them and figure something out. Maybe they can offer valet and park cars down the road at the school. Please come and ticket regularly

    unusually heavy traffic coming south on howard ave towards sea st and the i95 ramp every week night arond 5pm and again around 11pm!!...large trucks, double trailers, buses all going thru city point which has a 'no thru traffic' sign on howard and fifth st...why is this not being enforced? why are such large vehicles permitted to ride thru a "historical" neighborhood?

    The box truck immediately across for 84 Second St (near corner of Greenwich Ave) has been parked in that location since Thursday, Nov. 29.**PLEASE TICKET DAILY UNTIL REMOVED!! **SEE New Haven Traffic Regulations Sec. 29-53. - Parking trucks in residential zones.
    No person having the custody and control of a vehicle or vehicles with capacities of more than half-a-ton, shall be permitted to park on any street in any residential zone at any time of the day or night. However, such vehicles shall be permitted in residential zones when in the conduct of a service being simultaneously performed. Any operator or person operating such vehicle or vehicles in violation of the above provisions shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 29-30(a), herein.
    Sec. 29-30. - Penalties for violation of parking regulations.
    (a) Penalties shall be levied as follows against the registered owners of motor vehicles found in violation of parking regulations:
