    Dogs off leash everyday two little dogs. One white. One black. Poops anywhere it feels and no one picks it up. One dark grey pit bull roams the neighborhood also poops everywhere. Another neighbor walks dog on leash doesn’t pick up poop.

    Snow plows have not come down Putnam street once today. In addition, tag & tow was yet again not enforced, so it is likely that plows will have a hard time making it through. this happens EVERY SINGLE storm EVERY YEAR. Its really appalling. I have the privilege of a job that lets me work from home, but my neighbors cant get to work. I now plan for like 4 days of being snowed in, even though I'm less than a mile from downtown, where I can assure you the streets are dry. Next time I'm going to camp out in East Rock and see how long it takes for a plow to pass. You know, just in case some neighborhoods get a different level of service than others - based on who lives there.

    Numerous cars parked on the odd side of Howard Ave. This happens all the time . So when the plows comes by they can only do a strip down the middle of the road. Dangerous situation for school buses and other cars. This snow ban is not being enforced on Howard Ave!!

    Noise complaint, EVERY morning at around 530/6am a loud car starts up at 217 Howard Ave and the muffler is soo loud and obnoxious, you can literally hear the driver pull off. Idk if the driver lives in the house or is just giving someone a ride. The car pulls of at 6am and then about 15mins later comes back to pull then speed off again. I don’t have a photo of the car but it’s a new model white Honda Civic two door with tinted windows and license plates start with AC. Can someone reach out to the police? It is very rude and inconsiderate others especially that early in the morning.

    on Howard at the corner of Congress, a pole that hold multiple signs on it was knocked down a few weeks ago according to a yale security officer. the pole with all signs is right next to the first set of meters on the even side of the street.

    There are 9 people living in 2 bedroom apt. on second floor including newborn and toddler..Children are kept up until very late at night and cry for hours on end...I am concerned about health issues and fire safety.

    First street needs to be plowed wider to curb. we have no vehicles on the street currently. But we need for customers, tenants and employees. we are a business and apartments. Thank you for your help. We have not seen a truck for side streets in awhile.
