    This traffic light needs to be turned into a stop sign. There is absolutely no reason for a light at this intersection. It is consistently red for unrealistic amounts of time for Farmington Ave traffic. It appears it's being used by the town to slow down traffic into the Center. Why not just put a stop sign here? Total total waste of time and gas.
