Notified About

  • 114 Pennsylvania Ave Phoenixville, PA 19460, USA - Phoenixville
The backyard of this address is full of overgrown weeds and trees, poison ivy, and unsightly trash and building materials piled up. At least 50 bats fly out of their attic every night.
  • Ann Street Phoenixville, PA - Phoenixville
Ann street in phoenixville has not been plowed following the snow storm. Resident are unable to leave due to the road not being cleared. Surrounding streeting including the alley Queen Street has already been cleared. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the large pothole at the intersection of Ann and Emmit street (113). Many residents feel the have no choice but to attempt to shovel the street out.
  • 117 Manavon St Phoenixville, Pennsylvania - Phoenixville

There are quite a few damaging potholes along Rt113 / Manavon Street (northbound and southbound) between Nutt Rd and Starr St.

Please prioritize these as they are on a widely used road. Cars are swerving into the other lanes to avoid the potholes and it is only a matter of time until we have a serious auto accident.

  • 203 Bridge St Phoenixville, PA 19460, USA - Phoenixville

Might I sugest that the walk signals for all four crosswalks are lit at the same time, and all four directions of traffic are stopped during that time? So, N-S traffic gets green (no walking), E-W traffic gets green (no walking), then all four corners get the walk sign (no traffic in any direction). If this is done in tandem with the Bridge-Gay intersection doing the same thing, it might actually increase traffic flow, because traffic will not be held up by turners waiting for pedestrians!

There is no protected left or dedicated left turn lane, a lot of turns are made here, traffic travels outside of the lane around a car waiting to turn in order to cross the intersection, and there is a lot of pedestrian traffic. So, it is difficult for drivers to keep track of traffic and pedestrians when making a turn, it is difficult for pedestrians to keep track of all turning and "drive around the turner" traffic, and I fear it is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident. Will it really take someone to get hurt or killed at this intersection?

  • 130 Columbia Ave. Phoenixville, PA, 19460 - Phoenixville
I drove around Phoenixville today, noticing that most of the roads--even minor, residential ones--are almost free of ice and snow. But Columbia Ave., west of Callowhill, is a noticable exception. Slush and ice are layered several inches thick--high enough to scrape my car's undercarriage if a wheel hits one of the many ruts on the road. On top of that, when the frozen slush melts a bit during the day, traffic on the road piles up 6" high mounds that block my car in its shoveled out parking space; I've had to shovel and/or chop ice several times in the last couple of days.
  • Pothouse Rd Schuylkill Twp, PA, 19460, USA - Phoenixville
Can we please fix the timing of the traffic light at the intersection of W Pothouse Rd and W Bridge St? I consistently travel north and south on Bridge St, and I can recall hitting the light green less than a handful of times (out of probably hundreds of trips going this direction), and the light only stays green for approx 5 seconds. I recall once, I was the 3rd car in line waiting for green, and the light was so short that it turned yellow before I was even able to move forward (and the 2 people in front of me began moving at a normal speed), so I had to stop again and wait at least a minute for the next 5sec light. To contrast, the few times that I travel east/west on Pothouse road, I've always hit the light green except for maybe twice. This leaves plenty of cars waiting on Bridge St for lengthy periods when there is no traffic, and it gets very frustrating. I'd like the signal changes to be more responsive to waiting cars and give people a chance to actually hit it green.

  • 243 Morgan St Phoenixville, PA 19460, USA - Phoenixville
There needs to be a speed trap on Morgan Street. Cars are constantly speeding down the one way, narrow street!
  • 1200 Gay St Phoenixville, PA 19460, USA - Phoenixville

Is there any way we can get garbage cans around the football field in Spring, Summer, and Fall?

The kids generate tons of trash that they just drop on the ground in the neighborhood.
