Chimney has been collapsed for 3 years. There are holes in the roof. People are renting out this property, how is that legal?

Washing machine on front porch for 9 months, at least.

Truck parking in yard (both front and back). Ruts all over yard now. White duplex on SW corner of the intersection.

Truck parked on unpaved part of property, trash littered in the front of the yard, graffiti with expletives on the north side of the house where garage currently is

This vehicle has sat full of tree limbs and debris for several months. The vehicle may be driveable but has not moved for some time. All tires are aired up. We don't believe it was dumped. Please send someone at your earliest convenience. Thank you!!

Collection of large black garbage bags have been sitting in the front yard for nearly a month without moving. I believe they are full of leaves. Will become a problem with pests if it hasn't already.

Old furniture thrown out on curb has been there for a couple weeks now. House for sale it appears empty.

Lawn way overgrown, old carpet pulled from interior of house and put onto porch where it has stayed for 2 months, untouched.

the light on the back of this pole has been out for some time. it lights up a park and basketball court. all the lights inside the park are out, not the street lights. i and others have turned this in several times only to have evergy come and look at the street lights and do nothing. parks department is responsible for parks, have parks department fix the light and the other lights along the walking path that are out. the park is pitch black at night and groups of people are now coming by the car load to hide in the park and hang out.

Last violation was semi cleaned up and now starting all over again, misc trash, tires, scattered all around by alley that blows around the neighborhood, the full recycle bin with other than recycle that sh county wont pick up never was addressed. Hoarder appearance by house, complete eyesore to neighborhood. Owner does nothing except collect rent.

New residents have completely destroyed the property. In 1 short week they have accumulated so much stuff in the front and side yard and on their porch that it looks like a junk yard. This neighborhood takes great pride in the homes we own and we will not allow some trashy rental property to bring down our property value as their crap is now creeping into neighboring properties. I will continue reporting until something is done about it.
