At 3:15 today, I turned from Whalley up Jewel St. When I approached Beecher School, buses were waiting outside the school and five cars were parked on the opposite side of the street, 3 of them facing the wrong way. This is a no parking zone all together. Since the new curbstones were put in last summer, cars are now parked right in the street instead of off to the side of the road. It is difficult to travel through the line of buses and the illegally parked cars in front of the school. One partial solution would be to have the buses discharge and pick up children in the back of. the school where there is plenty of room to do so. That wouldn't solve the car parking problem, but perhaps parking tickets would. This has been reported for several years yet the city doesn't act on it.
A wooden ramp that has been broken down and in pieces, has been lying in the front yard of this property for several months. It is flipped over and pieces of wood are scattered around the broken ramp and yard. It is a neighborhood eyesore and needs to be removed by the owner immediately.
EVERY NIGHT the occupants of the property are displaying some form of public disturbance be it loud music, excessive arguing, or just being extremely inconsiderate of others right to enjoy their homes in peace and quiet. I know the police have been called there several times but the situation continues...
There are piles of trash in the backyard of this home, as well as a party tent which has collapsed at the back door, This home owned by a former city employee has issues which need to be addressed sooner rather than later.
There is a Neighborhood Party on the higher numbers of Diamond Street. People are blocking driveways in order to park to attend the party. Having a party is a great idea but not at the cost of blocking private driveways in order to find a space to attend the party. The block of Diamond street from 98 to lower Diamond is seeing a major parking issue with cars double parked and blocking people's driveways. Police need to be more present when this party is going on. It is not the first year with these issue.

Woke up this morning to find someone had dumped some of their personal belonging in front of my home. This isn’t the first time; lots of trash and other remnants being left these days. I’ve been seeing a car (or two) parked in my street that look like they are being lived in. Next time, police will be called.
I see some of the tires have been cleaned up and went to Lake Street yet summer still here he were to ask in front of a home on the curb they’ve been here for well over a week when I look at tires sitting on the curb in the neighborhood the first thing that comes to mind is ghetto remind me of the burnt out south Bronx and that’s what this neighborhood in Westville and beaver Hills is starting to look like with all this garbage every where
