EVERY NIGHT the occupants of the property are displaying some form of public disturbance be it loud music, excessive arguing, or just being extremely inconsiderate of others right to enjoy their homes in peace and quiet. I know the police have been called there several times but the situation continues...
There is a Neighborhood Party on the higher numbers of Diamond Street. People are blocking driveways in order to park to attend the party. Having a party is a great idea but not at the cost of blocking private driveways in order to find a space to attend the party. The block of Diamond street from 98 to lower Diamond is seeing a major parking issue with cars double parked and blocking people's driveways. Police need to be more present when this party is going on. It is not the first year with these issue.
At 3:15 today, I turned from Whalley up Jewel St. When I approached Beecher School, buses were waiting outside the school and five cars were parked on the opposite side of the street, 3 of them facing the wrong way. This is a no parking zone all together. Since the new curbstones were put in last summer, cars are now parked right in the street instead of off to the side of the road. It is difficult to travel through the line of buses and the illegally parked cars in front of the school. One partial solution would be to have the buses discharge and pick up children in the back of. the school where there is plenty of room to do so. That wouldn't solve the car parking problem, but perhaps parking tickets would. This has been reported for several years yet the city doesn't act on it.

Woke up this morning to find someone had dumped some of their personal belonging in front of my home. This isn’t the first time; lots of trash and other remnants being left these days. I’ve been seeing a car (or two) parked in my street that look like they are being lived in. Next time, police will be called.
Yet here we are another night comes along and you find cars parked on the street parked on the sidewalk because they don’t know the difference between the curb and the sidewalk in the street it becomes a dangerous situation for pedestrians having to walk because I have to walk down the middle of the street with cars current that blind corner at high speeds up as they always do people are going to get hurt what does it take someone to get run over before something happens for someone takes action this been reported for months numerous times to numerous people and nothing has been taken into consideration nothings been done about the problem it’s another Mandy management building
A wooden ramp that has been broken down and in pieces, has been lying in the front yard of this property for several months. It is flipped over and pieces of wood are scattered around the broken ramp and yard. It is a neighborhood eyesore and needs to be removed by the owner immediately.
