Hoover-Foster aka HoFo

Notified About

  • 27th And Mlk Oakland, California - Hoover-Foster
Look 360 degrees and you will find large piles of trash. All along MLK near 27th, along 27th under the freeway. If the tent city that is growing there every week is being allowed by the city, then it needs to have a place to dipose of the huge amounts of trash that is causing a health hazard and potential fire issue.
  • West St Oakland 94608, United States - Hoover-Foster
The west street underpass corner of 35th and West. Lots of dumping on Caltrans property and in both sides of the street, from 35 to 36.
The five gallon paint containers have been there for many months.
    This is a chronic situation

  • 3705 M.L.K. Jr Way Oakland, Ca 94609 - Longfellow
Disgusting pile of trash and feces. Please remove asap. Street sweeping did not bother to come by and a call to parking enforcement did not help. They said they would not send someone out to remove.
  • 3614 Martin Luther King Jr Way Oakland, California - Longfellow
Owner of car lot dumps cars around the neighbor hood and has 2 out in front of Grove shafter park under freeway at the intersection of 36th and MLK. Pretty obvious since both Ford areostar and pickup truck have no license plates, a sticker on window and fluorescent pick crayon markings on both vehicles.
Already a popular parking area due to club and dog park and these cars can remain for up to and over a month.
  • 3501-3599 M.L.K. Jr Way Oakland, CA 94609, USA - Longfellow
The pile of garbage on the west side of MLK at 36th Street has now grown to be nearly 1/4 block long. The city needs to get this removed, and also needs to plan for ongoing garbage removal here, as the encampment does not have its own garbage pick-up. This trash is a hazard to both the residents of the camp and to the many neighbors who pass through here every day.

  • 848 33rd Street Oakland , California - Hoover-Foster
Gold Pontiac 6uzp354 has been in this spot for over two months. Tickets piled up from street sweeping. Broken back left window.
  • 671–761 36th St Oakland 94609, United States - Longfellow
This trash has been dumped her, like always. Been a month now and there are many mattresses thrown all over the sidewalk. I can’t even open my car door.
  • 666 37th St Oakland, Ca 94609 - Longfellow
Someone dumped some kind of hazardous materials, unclear what it is except it is neon orange, could be toxic or hiding something disgusting, not sure. Dumped in dry grass please remove asap. On sidewalk between 666 and empty lot.
  • 648-664 35th St Oakland, CA 94609, USA - Hoover-Foster
The intolerable situation on MLK has now moved closer to houses on 35th Street. Billy has decided to keep his newest van filled with trash here. On Tuesday I witnessed him urinating in the street! Please relocate this encampment so that tax payers can reclaim our sidewalks and are not exposed to the human waste that we have been subjected to for three years. Joe DeVries, you prioritized Pill Hill over this one that has been a problem for a longer period of time.
  • 2720 San Pablo Ave Oakland 94612, United States - Hoover-Foster
Awesome, over a month, and this abandoned vehicle continues to stay parked without a single citation or sticker. As you can see from the picture, our businesses can’t even unload our delivery trucks because this car is in the way. Unreal

billy is filling the sidewalk with refuse, has multiple cars that do not get moved for street sweeping and is once again inhibiting th flow of automobile and foot traffic on the east side of the street which is supposed to be maintained as open, unobstructed thoroughfares
