The new audible pedestrian signals at Arsenal Square (crossing both Garden Street and Concord Ave) are beeping constantly, including when pedestrian signals are red, and crossing vehicle traffic is green. Is this by design? Seems dangerous for the visually-impaired. Tried to upload a movie but apparently that's not allowed.
Something needs to be done about the traffic light at Garden Street and Appian Way. I cross in the crosswalk every morning, which is a protected walk signal, and ever morning I almost get run over. I don't know if cars don't see that their light is red or they simply don't car, but they barrel on through and then beep at me like I'm the problem. Maybe the solution is that the light is red for a little longer before the walk sign flashes, but something needs to be done so that people don't have to worry about getting run over on a protected walk signal. I've never seen a light be so flagrantly disregarded like this.
Public Safety lack of traffic control to support NON EMERGENCY WORK DETAIL.
This gas leak is known for over 4 years in Walden St at crosswalk at intersection with Garden Street. There is No Excuse for proper planning and support by Eversource and CITY OF CAMBRIDGE components.
A sign stating “DO NOT STOP ON TRACKS” (or something similar) is needed at Sherman Street Crossing. This is especially important during morning and evening commutes when traffic is backed up on Sherman St. Many drivers appear to be unaware that if they drive onto the tracks, while waiting for the light at Rindge to change, they may be stuck in the path of an oncoming train. Other train crossings in the metro area have signs warning not to stop on tracks. Why doesn’t Sherman St?
Passenger doored me in traffic. Lack of a real bike lane here means cyclists are sandwiched between parked cars and traffic. A driver stopped and their passenger opened their door to hop out before the stoplight. I was beside their car at the time and was knocked into a parked car. We badly need a real bike lane here.

Please consider installing "yield to pedestrians" signs like the one pictured at the crosswalks on Sherman St near Cadbury Common and Walden Green/Danehy. Cars often do not see and stop for pedestrians at these crossings.
