This property continues to store junk in the back yard. There are all sorts of junk, old scooters, wood, appliances, and two dogs that are always outside barking. This is a safety issue and a fire hazard. There are two unfinished structures that seem to be built for storage but there is just so much stuff all over the yard and it continues to fill up daily. Please investigate again. Thank you.
Kevin Farrow AGAIN (or should I say still… Since last time he only mowed his other lot. He petition the city to turn one lot into TWO and they granted him that variance so if he's not gonna mow either lot then he needs to be getting fines for BOTH lots not just one ; fair is fair! )
Kevin Farrow. AGAIN! Grass way way above 10 inches once again… I don't know why city can't make repeat offenders like this take care of their property. Essentially it's just constantly overgrown because by the time the code officer issues a violation and then the people have 10 days to fix it it's only under control about three days every 30 days! The city has to get tougher with these people who just don't care about the neighborhoods in which they own property! Maybe for repeat offenders like this the code officer could make a note so that the minute it reaches 10 inches she can issue a violation instead of waiting for a citizen to have to report it when it's over 2 feet tall. Just a thought…
This person has accumulated junk and debris in backyard and side. If you take a look from over here on 12th Avenue you can see the accumulation of this material. We have previously had a rat problem addressed and have noticed and increase of rodents in the immediate area. Please assist, thanks.
