The occupants of this house have again dumped a mattress and other miscellaneous items on the easement in the front of this house. This is a constant problem with the occupants. I appreciate all of your help.
Taking a walk last night I noticed at the above address a bunch of unused "stuff" in the front yard. And a raccoon around the bbq grill.Total eye sore and unsafe with rodents running around. Your attention to this is appreciated. Overgrown vegetation as well.
1299 5th St., South. Overgrown again. I also hear that this land owner is asking the city to forgive all of his liens. So he’s never not once mowed his two lots in over a year, the cities had to do it every single time , And now the City is going to forgive his liens which means the taxpayers paid to mow his two properties for over a year? How is that in anyway fair for the rest of us??!!
Illegal parking on the curb. This has been an ongoing problem for months. Complaints have been made to the police department with Sgt. Gainer who advised that he would get in touch with traffic control to see if a sign could be placed on the side of the road. This is beginning to be a pattern in which other neighbors are following. Please do something.
Kevin Fallon. First the Zoning department gaslights the City and argues in favor of Kevin Fallon getting a variance to build two houses on what is one lot. Then Kevin Fallon lets that lot grow for months , disregarding violations from the City. And the City has to maintain the lot. All at taxpayer expense! Then he rips up the grass with a machine, leaving protected trees damaged and mounds of debris for the neighbors to look at. Then he gets violations for not mowing the right of way ,which he ignores for six weeks and counting. Now he buys yet another lot and in the months following gets multiple maintenance violations. At taxpayer expense. And when he goes to Zoning for a variance to build? Will the City make him pay back the taxpayers? Will Zoning once again gaslight the City with alternate facts so that Kevin can again get a variance? Why does he get away with this??!!
Junk furniture has been curbside for over a week. Needs pick up please - and landlord should be notified and fined since we tax payers pay for their renter laziness- there is ALWAYS something being left out there. Thank you
