1299 5th st s. Overgrown. Again. Can you imagine owning a property and never maintaining it for over TWO years? And instead just letting your neighbors foot the bill via their taxes?

Piece of furniture dumped at the edge of Booker Creek on city owned lot at the southwest corner of 11th Ave S and 4th St S. Also brush pile left in middle of lot needs to be collected.

This is the 2nd missed pickup since I've owned the house for about a month. The Container is in the alley where sanitation said it's supposed to be. Yet my neighbors with the same alley had their 3 cans emptied this morning streetside where sanitation said they would not pick up.

The MLK Food Store (Formally Quickie) has LOUD music, which is verbally Offensive using all manners of foul and racist language AFTER 11PM almost Every Night. The Police have been called more than 40 times. When the Police arrive, the music stops but the next night it is on again. Most nights till after Midnight. Yes, they can play as loud as they wish until 11pm, but after 11pm it is not acceptable. The outdoor restroom facility behind the food market (Alley & Wall) should also be unacceptable as well. Had to use property maintenance issue as there was noting for Noise OR Sanitation.

The hospital bought this several months ago and has never mowed it and now it's skyhigh!

Some homeless person left a shopping cart in the right away in front of my house. I would return it but it has no marking on it as to which store it belongs to. Please come and dispose of this.

I realize the codes department is getting sick of giving Kevin Farrow violation for overgrowth… That's not really my problem! My problem is that he clearly bought this parcel just to make money and has no interest in our neighborhood. So even though you're sick of it please Codes give him yet another violation for overgrowth! Although it seems silly because the city is the one who has to keep mowing it since he will not respond to his notices. I have included a picture so that you can't tell me that it's not overgrown because most of the grass is 15 inches high some of it is over 2 feet high and I believe code says it can't be over 10 inches?

Guess whose land is overgrown again?! I go away for two months and of course the grass around here keeps growing in the code officer doesn't do anything about it! Intersection of 13th Ave., South and 5th St., South , are you lights on the by… I think we all know who by know!… Please have him keep the right of ways maintained while he's building his two homes on what is supposed to be one lot.
