This property continuously has junk all over the curbside. It gets reported to sanitation, the junk gets collected and then more appears. Codes needs to inspect this property and address this nonsense with the owners.
There is a tree and bushy plants that completely cover the sidewalk right to the road. It's not possible to walk on the Eastern side of the street without having to step off the curb. This needs to be seriously pruned.
this fence has been reported more times than enough - make one of the property owners fix or share the problem - but 650 paris ave s - is causing hellacious and aggravating and disgusting site- how many times is someone going to come out and it still not get REPLACED!!!
Kevin Farrow AGAIN (or should I say still… Since last time he only mowed his other lot. He petition the city to turn one lot into TWO and they granted him that variance so if he's not gonna mow either lot then he needs to be getting fines for BOTH lots not just one ; fair is fair! )
Kevin Farrow. AGAIN! Grass way way above 10 inches once again… I don't know why city can't make repeat offenders like this take care of their property. Essentially it's just constantly overgrown because by the time the code officer issues a violation and then the people have 10 days to fix it it's only under control about three days every 30 days! The city has to get tougher with these people who just don't care about the neighborhoods in which they own property! Maybe for repeat offenders like this the code officer could make a note so that the minute it reaches 10 inches she can issue a violation instead of waiting for a citizen to have to report it when it's over 2 feet tall. Just a thought…
