520 14th Ave S Saint Petersburg 33701, United States - Bartlett Park Neighborhood Association
There is a mound of debris, trash, etc in this vacant lot. A house was torn down about 2.5 years ago and I believe they pushed a lot of the debris into this mound. It is causing a health issue in the neighborhood and needs to be cleaned up. I believe this is in violation of code Sec. 58-304. If this isn’t the right place to report then please forward it to the proper office. Thank you.

Strip club operating with NO permits. They just decided to run a strip club , opened the doors and advertised on the internet. And the City does nothing. Unbelievable!!! Liquor permit? Fire/safety requirements? Nope. Always exceeds allowed capacity, where is the fire Chief?? Cars parking on the north side of 13th Ave. S , which is clearly marked no parking the side police just drive by the cars they don't even bother to ticket them. Sad.

There is a big mound of debris and dirt clumped on this lot. When it rains, the water runs down causing a flooding issue in this and the surrounding lots. This mound needs to be cleared out so there is no more flooding.

In addition to this property having broken windows and not being maintained, it is also being used as a "recovery" house with multiple people living here at any given time, never for very long, and not much recovery judging from the short term occupancy. A constant revolving door. The inside must be a mess because there is always boxes of garbage at curbside. Someone is just taking money from desperate people and not providing a safe and sanitary environment. It's criminal.

Kevin Farrows lots are overgrown again! I hope the city is charging him for all the mowing and all of the maintenance they're doing on his property because if not I want the city to come take care of my property! Where can one access the public records that prove to us that the city is being paid to take care of this property?
