Northeast corner of 7th st s and 14th ave s. Yard parking. For over THREE Y-E-A-R-S !!!! Yet I get a violation on my property right next door for yard parking once in awhile over a one month period. HARASSMENT!

You can not give violations to some residents and not others. The law must be applied to everyone.

This property also has MULTIPLE code violations , from unregistered vehicles to broken and rusted fences to overgrown shrubs. For MULTIPLE YEARS!

I tried to be a good neighbor and I called the owners of this property to let them know they had one dead tree one tree 90% dead and the third tree half dead. That was two weeks ago they never responded and now the dead tree has fallen over onto the sidewalk! Please have the code officer get in touch with these people and see if he can get them to take care of this issue.

Once again the occupants of this home are operating an auto repair business at this address. This in addition to their dog running loose and pooping in everyone’s yard but their own.
  • 1299 5th St S Saint Petersburg, FL, 33701, USA - Bartlett Park Neighborhood Association
1299 5th St., South. Overgrown again. I also hear that this land owner is asking the city to forgive all of his liens. So he’s never not once mowed his two lots in over a year, the cities had to do it every single time , And now the City is going to forgive his liens which means the taxpayers paid to mow his two properties for over a year? How is that in anyway fair for the rest of us??!!

More flooding at 638 11th Ave S. Both sides of the street are 6 inches under water, my yard is 12 inches under water. The runoff from the street hops the curb and floods mine and my neighbors yard during hard rains. Can this PLEASE be addressed, the entire street deals with these flooding issues daily. Thank you
  • 759 Newton Ave S Saint Petersburg, FL, 33701, USA - Bartlett Park Neighborhood Association
Illegal parking on the curb. This has been an ongoing problem for months. Complaints have been made to the police department with Sgt. Gainer who advised that he would get in touch with traffic control to see if a sign could be placed on the side of the road. This is beginning to be a pattern in which other neighbors are following. Please do something.
