4812 Telegraph Avenue Oakland, California - Temescal
Either an employee or a regular of The Avenue bar has a modified Harley, and will come and go, revving excessively, from 8pm-3:30am. I believe it is an employee due to the fact that the revving will often be after hours, as late as 3:30am like I mentioned. This motorcycle has an absolutely ear splitting sound, and will be started, revved for 30 seconds or more, before zooming off. This happens 3-5 times a week, always during the week, and disrupts the residential neighborhoods abating the Telegraph commercial district.

On 45th Street between MLK and Telegraph the lights under the overpass are out. This is dangerous! Riding a bike under the dark overpass is dangerous! Walking down that street in pitch black is dangerous! Please fix the lighting ASAP. This is a safety issue that need resolution immediately. It’s bad enough I can’t walk down the street there without stepping over garbage, but now we can’t even see the garbage we’re stepping in.
The freeway underpass on 42nd St. between Telegraph Ave. and Martin Luther King is full of garbage piles, run down vehicles and small groups of homeless people with tents. This location is repeatedly used as an illegal dumping site (Is it not possible to put hard to reach video cameras up to catch the dumpers). I don't mind the homeless people (can dumpsters and port-a-potties be put there for them?). it's all the garbage and junk vehicles parked there.

apparently homeless person has entire belongings along 51st St-includes furniture/dressers/lamps/many grocery carts full of belongs-all organized and along the fence on right side of street heading west toward Telegraph Ave. Items have been there for at least one month and seems to getting larger daily. There was a white van parked at that spot for awhile, but haven't seen it in the last week.

The homeless camp is bulging out into the street again and the pile of trash on the opposite side of the street is blocking the sidewalk and spilling into the street. Cars can no longer pass each other and people have to walk in the street to avoid the pile. The smell is getting unbearable.
