Boundaries cover District I

Notified About

  • 2048 Austin Street Houston, Texas - Midtown

There are vagrants that are starting to gather and set up a permanent residence under I-45. Since then, they have been relieving themselves around this area.

I see Houston Metro cops policing the streets under I-45 around the McDonalds near Main and Fannin streets. Is it possible for them to do the same on Austin St? Same goes for Caroline St.

Broadway And Santa Elena - Southeast
After 2 years of construction, the remodel of Broadway was finally completed in time for SB51. Here we are now, 5 months after the tourism boom, and already in need of repairs. What was the point in fixing up Broadway to begin with if this is what we have to deal with now? The reasoning behind the revamp in the first place was that Broadway is a major thoroughfare for visitors to get from the airport to the city and back... The first and last impression for many. Please address this pothole issue in a timely manner so it doesn't continue to worsen. Please don't send the signal to visitor and residents alike that they are not worthy of quality roads just because we don't have a major event like the Super Bowl going on right now. And please stop closing tickets concerning this issue without truly addressing it
  • 2017 Main Street Houston, Texas - Midtown
There is a constant amount of trash, urine, feces, and vomit in this area. The people living here are not homeless seeking help; they are drug dealers who are consistently dealing -- visibly and openly. This area needs to be cleaned up and patrolled FOR CRIME. This is not a homelessness problem in this area; this is a crime problem, and the City and the Mayor have chosen to ignore it. It is a huge public safety issue.
