Don’t know what to do anymore. These neighbors pop fire works from 11pm - 2am every single night. We have had it. Either the police get involved or there will be issues. We have asked nicely to quit and they have only responded with verbal disrespect. Not sure if this is the correct outlet to report this issue but something needs to be done.
  • 87 Sims St Bridgeport 06604 United States - Bridgeport
We are now over 4 weeks since this was first reported on this site. Nice to see things being taken seriously. This vehicle is here EVERY night, why has this not been addressed?
  • 1705 Fairfield Ave Bridgeport, CT, 06605, USA - Bridgeport
On the portico of the building and flowing out beyond it are piles of garbage, detritus, and two shopping carts full of filthy items. This is blight and could pose a health risk to the immediate area, including the adjacent city park, as well as the elementary charter school and disabled-persons center across Mountaingrove.

  • 175 Ellsworth Street Bridgeport, Connecticut - Bridgeport
There are at least 2 or 3 boats, 2 landscape trailers, a backhoe, a cement mixer, a bobcat style bucket loader on the property. Starting early in the morning the people come and go hooking up pieces of equipment, creating alot of noise daily. Is there a zoning law about what and how many vehicles can be on a residential property? Can someone please come out and look ?
  • 51 Belmont Bridgeport, Connecticut - Bridgeport

Playing drums outside!!! The entire taxpaying neighborhood is affected!

Bridgeport Housing Authority tenants having another horrifically loud party. This has become a daily occurrence.

The police have been notified several times. But they said they are very very busy.

If these tenants refuse to respect their neighbors, then they should be evicted. They are in violation of their rental agreement with the public.

Unsafe Demolition at the Wasted Opportunity Site observed on Friday Aug. 2nd. No hazardous dust management, no water sprayed, dust clouds rising and drifting over the neighboring residences and businesses. Dust likely contains ASBESTOS and most likely LEAD DUST and other contaminants. Serious lack of concern by CITY HALL on all fronts from beginning to sad end. Not even any effort to salvage and recycle architectural elements, beautiful harwood interior elements, etc. etc. A crying shame! Let's see how quickly this posting gets wiped off this site versus many other ignored issues posted here...
  • 36 Brooklawn Ave Bridgeport, CT 06604, USA - Bridgeport
This is a boarding house that has too many tenants in excess of its approval. At a neighborhood meeting, neighbors reported suspected prostitution and drug dealing at the house
  • Madison Ave And Eckert Street Bridgeport, Connecticut - Bridgeport
SHU back and the increase in traffic in the North end is HORRIBLE!! Not stopping at stop sign in front of Hillview Market, making it hard to pull out of Russell Rd and today a car flew thru stop sign got up behind me and passed me.
  • 730 State Street Extension Bridgeport Connecticut - Bridgeport
The base of the Gustave Whitehead Memorial has remained broken for several years. Is this just going to stay like this forever? What a shame - and an eyesore. Certainly not the best way to say "Welcome to Bridgeport" as people cross into the city from Fairfield.
