Street lights on Morse Ave (between Ravenswood and Clark St) are off.

the lights have been out on Rogers again for almost a week this is the second week in the past two months that the lights ha
ve been out on the whole block. Very unsafe, obviously something wrong with the circuits on that block please take care of it

The alleyway behind the fire department along the east side of the Metra tracks, off of Rogers is covered in litter, as well as the parkway across from Walgreens, and the Metra viaduct is almost impassable because of all the pigeon poop. I would think, it's a health hazard at this point and this area builds up regularly with feces and garbage along the tracks/alley
