Bridge Street Neck is currently under a multi-million dollar clean up: repave, period lighting, brick sidewalks. It's going to look splendid but that's only the beginning.

Notified About

  • 2 Saunders St Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
It's a snow emergency and a resident from 2 Saunders St is still parked on Cross Street. There's another car parked on Cross St toward Lemon St. Everyone else has removed their cars except these two. Please enforce the snow emergency parking restrictions.
  • 170-220 Bridge St Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
The snow has not been cleared from the handicap ramp or to the light. Anyone in a wheelchair cannot cross because the walks/ramps and light access aren't clear for them.
  • 23 Northey St Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
23 Northey st. never plowed on time making sidewalks a hazard. It is a 3 unit rental. Senior w/ dementia/ disabled/single mom live there. It is despicable. Why is there no enforcement?
  • Bridge St And Webb St City of Salem, MA - City of Salem
When coming from Webb St toward bridge the light does not seem to register that cars are waiting on bridge to make the left hand turn. We've sat there several time for 10+ minutes without out it changing, finally having to turn right and then go through the light on bridge St.
  • 173-199 Webb Street Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Its very annoying to wait for a traffic light when there is no traffic early in the morning. How does a traffic sensor work? What is the trick to getting the light to switch when I am on Webb St trying to turn left onto Bridge St? I have seen it green for Bridge, turn to a pedestrian walk , then back to green for Bridge, while I wait on Webb at 5:45am with no traffic on Bridge.
  • 12 Barton Street City of Salem, MA - City of Salem
This is on the Barton Place portion of the house. There are 5 raised sections, 2 sunken sections, at least 3 sections broken up and getting worse every day. This issue was first reported in July 2013, followed up with in September 2013 and again now in October 2014. Looking for a fix before someone really hurts themselves. Thank you
  • 5 Saunders St Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
  • 48 Howard Street Ext Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Our street has had a abnormally large snow pile since the blizzard last week. This pile is the result of Jefferson Crossing plowing the snow from their side of the street to the residential side. We have tried to remove as much as we can but the pile, which is approximately 8-10 feet wide and 5 feet high, is unmovable by hand and is now frozen. This pile has also caused issues with us being able to enter and exit the house, and a lack of trash pick up for the past two weeks. The spot we cleared to exit the house and place trash has become a parking spot for a non resident for the past week making things even more difficult. Please send some equipment to clean this area up while there are clean up efforts going around the city, and before the next snowfall comes. This is the second time that I have reported this issue with no resolutions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
  • Smith Street Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
This includes Smith, Northey and Lemon Street
  • 10 Burnside St. Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
It appears that my neighbor left a dresser along the curb of my house as she was moving out. It doesn't seem like something that will be picked up on trash day.
  • 6-10 Northey St. Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Tree roots issue. Roots getting closer to house. Afraid of them going into pipes and foundation.
  • 15 Conant Street Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
I would like To recommend that Conant St be checked for parking restrictions. The street has been narrowed so much that you can just barely get one car down the road at a time. Also the city said that it was going to be removing some of the snow banks last storm. The snow banks on Conant St. Are 8-10 ft high along the street and there is no room for any more snow if more storms come.
