dead animal on University Dr between Providence Main St and Paramount Dr

This streetlight is on Biltmore between Stockton and Providence Main. Again, I was told that weed eaters are damaging the paint on the streetlights in the Village of Providence, but I don't think they are used this high up off the ground, nor are they used on concrete or in mulch. This looks like an issue with sub-standard work on the part of the manufacturer.

The paint on this streetlight is peeling off. I was told that the paint which is peeling off the majority of streetlights in the Village of Providence is the result of weed eaters. I don't think they go this high. It would appear this is actually the result of sub-standard work on the part of the manufacturer.

"Do Not Enter" sign at corner of Parade Street and Providence Main Street was hit and is leaning over. Please repair. Thanks.

The street signs on top of the stop sign at the corner of Off Broadway Street and Gates Mill Street are crooked and need to be straightened and tightened. In Village of Providence, location marked on map.

Are manufactured trailer based homes permitted an Residential-2A zone? There are multiple trailers sections being delivered to this parcel recently. Looked through 1year plus of zoning variances agendas and minutes and could not find anything for this parcel or area on Old Dry Creek Rd.Reading the zoning regulations did not clear this up to me either.

The left turn arrow for turning onto Providence Main St from Highway 72 is only showing every 4 green lights or more. I spent 30 minutes in traffic from Paramount Drive to when I finally got to turn onto Providence Main St. It's a 0.3 mile distance. The entire left lane of 72 is in standstill traffic because the turn lane cannot accommodate the amount of people needing to turn left here. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened. The arrow needs to be more frequent.

Street light on bridge over Indian Creek is out. Specifically it is on the south side of the bridge east of the creek.

The sidewalk on the west side of Providence Main ST. NW is impassable because of the trees/bushes encroachment from the bridge to the start of the mowed area on the CVS square.

Whose responsibility is this? This is behind my house. I'll take care of it if it's my responsibility, but if not it needs to be addressed.
