Venice Gardens

In the backyard of this home there is a pile of scrap metal that has been growing for 2 yrs or more. Last year the neighbors were lucky during the hurricane that it didn't blow all over. I would like to see it removed before we have any bad storms this year.

Left turn lane light literally stays green for 10 seconds. Maybe during season the light should be longer. Traffic is backed up all down center road.

At this address they are scrapers. This is just part of the mess. This picture was taken after a load went to scrap yard. There is more on the porch, when the garbage is picked up they put more out and it sits all week until next garbage day. This is an ongoing issue and when we report it they clean it up and when they are cleared it starts all over again.

There is a trailer camper parked in the front yard only a few feet from the road at this address. People are actively living in it and it has been there for two days at least. This is unsafe and unsightly. This house also has piles of trash in front of it as they start putting trash out for pick up many days in advance of trash pickup. Trash pickup for this address is Thursdays.

We have had several accidents and pets killed in the road way because there are no stop signs or speed bumps and people fly down our street on a regular basis! We are getting younger as a community and more children are on the block and with no sidewalks to use we have no choice but to walk in the street. We need a deterrence to slow the cars down. We have submitted petitions in the past to get this resolved to no eval. Please help make our neighborhood safer for our residents.

The Street Sign at the intersection of Oxford Dr & Tuxedo is severely tilted. Also another nearby sign is tilted: At the corner of Cambridge & Shamrock Blvd.

Owner cut down the huge tree in backyard and has placed an enormous pile of tree debris along the entire ROW in front of the property. The tree was standing after the hurricane so the owners seem to be taking advantage of the County and putting it out as "storm debris" so that it is removed by the County. It has been there for over a week now. There was a very small pile of true "storm debris" in the ROW but they have added this huge tree to the pile.

Have seen this has been reported but no action yet from county. Someone living in camper in front yard. Extension cord hanging out of trailer. Front yard full of junk and trash and vehicles. Why no action from county? Disgusting!

Approaching the junction heading East on Shamrock towards Center the pedestrian crosswalk signal is obscured by overhanging trees you can’t see the signal until your directly inline with it.

1390 Lakeside Drive Venice Gardens. No storm water management and no permit evident. Stormwater that was recently reconstructed runs through this property.
